it's DONE

Hiiii!! it's been a long time since the last post. and A LOT has happened :)
My exams are finished, and I officially graduated from collage!! yey!
last month I already take my oath as a dentist too. Now I can proudly say I'm a dentist! :D

but the effort didn't end there... as a dentist in Indonesia, I have to take one last exam to be able to do practice here. Andddd that one last exam was Hard! :( imagine what I have learn for the past 6 years would be concluded on an exam with "just" 100 questions in it. and to make it "better", I also have to take practical exam, an one on one test with the examiner who is my own lecturer... it was a bit scary and makes me really nervous...


this past weeks, me and my friends was having group study to overcome the overly loaded (*I wonder if it's the right word) materials that we have to remember and my tiny little room became the "basecamp"

 that picture was taken the day before the written test... it was just me with 2 others. and the craziest was the day before the practice test, imagine that little space filled with 4 big boys and 3 girls! in one word, FULL :p


Now it's all done. All I can do is pray for the best result, I just hope I can pass those exams. the result usually will come out in 1 month after the exam.so let's just wait... :)

finally exam week is here! It's my final exam after 6 loonggg collage years!  this time I'll have 3 exams. the first one has already done this Monday. It's an oral surgery exam. I really hope I can get a good mark on that! the next exam will be tomorrow and the day after that! and I have no mood to study right now so I think I'll write something here first hehehe

Actually I have many stories to tell, but these days I think my lazy habit is back :p need to change that!

I have to get back to my books... Hope the best for my exam tomorrow!! see you ^^

little update : my works are done! yay!
I'll share the story about the Jacket crown on the later post :)
now, after all my works are done, I have nothing to do at Jakarta, to spend more than 1 month doing nothing seems a waste of time, I decided to go home to my hometown here in Semarang...
unfortunately, the internet here is not as much and as fast as the one I use in Jakarta, so I cannot do many online activities like I usually did to spent my spare time :p
It's really fun here. Everyday I go to my parent's workplace, we own a little factory work on garment. My days start wayy earlier than usual here, I woke up at 6.15am and already go to work at 6.30! Me & my parents then went back home at 6pm and usually arrived at home at 7pm because of the traffic jam and everything... sigh...
But the fun part is I can eat many different food that I can't find in Jakarta, like my mom's Sop Merah, soto, ngoyang, and many traditional snacks that I love like Lumpia, Siomai, jentik manis, etc etc etc :))
I'll be staying here for about a month or more until the exam day next month... So while I'm here, I'm gonna have FUN! ^^

Bridge Work DONE!

Sudah sejak beberapa bulan ini, aku ngerjain 1 pasien untuk dibuatin gigi tiruan cekat yg namanya mahkota jembatan alias bridge work alias BW. Buat mahasiswa FKG kaya aku, kalo udah denger kata "BW" itu salah satu kata yg paliiiingg bikin emosi! bukannya apa2 sih, BW itu salah satu kerjaan yg paling ribet, karena prosesnya yg panjang dan lumayan ribet dan MAHAL!

Prosesnya itu dari awal harus ngajuin calon pasien ke dosennya sampe di acc, dengan syarat2 tiap dosen yang macem-macem. Abis pasiennya diacc, trus bisa janjian buat cetak awal. kalo cetakannya udah jadi trus harus janjian sama dosennya buat diskusi & asah model. Kalo dosennya ada terus setiap hari sih ga masalah ya, masalahnya dosennya itu datang tak diundang pergi tak diantar beneran, suka tiba2 menghilang gitu aja.. -.-" baru sampe sini aja tu prosesnya palinggg cepet +1 bulan! 

Dari situ trus udah bisa mulai ngerjain giginya pasiennya. Nah kalo yg tadi ribetnya sama dosen, yg dari sini ribetnya sama pasiennya.. Kalo dapet pasiennya yg nurut sih enak2 aja ya, dijanjiin pasti dateng, masalahnyaaaa pasien itu ada 1001 macem dengan 1001 macem alasannya yg adaaaa aja. Pasienku yg akhirnya kemaren selesai aku rawat itu sebenernya pasien BW ku yg ke-2. Pasienku yg pertama itu, yaampuuuunnnn... kayanya dia jadi pasienku cuma untuk ngajar aku supaya sabaarrrr... temen2 kalo liat aku ngadepin pasien itu aja bisa emosi2 sendiri mreka jadinya hahaha... kalo dipanggil tu adaaaaa aja alesannya, anaknya sakit jatuh dari ranjang lah, suaminya masuk rumah sakit ga ada biaya lah, pokoknya intinya minta dikasii duit lebih... lama2 dia kaya meres gitu lo, ga tau terimakasih, gemes jg kan, jadi capek ati ngadepinnya...

Akhirnya aku crita sama dosenku kalo pasiennya ternyata gitu, dan untungnya boleh batalin tu pasien, jadi ganti deh! :)

Puji Tuhan aku ga perlu waktu lama untuk dapet pasien BW yg ke-2, dan pasiennya jauh lebih baik banget dari yg pertama. namanya ibu Mufimatun, dia malah terimakasih kalo aku udah mau bikinin dia gigi palsu yg kalo buat diluaran bisa berjuta-juta harganya. dan sama si bu Muf ini BW ku berjalan lancarrr sampe akhirnya jumat kemarin semua prosesnya selesai dgn baik. Yay! :D

setelah ini, aku masih punya 1 kerjaan lagi sebelum evaluasi kelulusan, yaitu kerja jacket crown. Yg ini aku ngerjain 1 pasien ber 3 karena yg di crown ada 3 gigi. Puji Tuhan juga, pasiennya ini baek banget karena dia niat banget mau dibuatin gigi palsu, padahal dikerjain 3 orang itu berarti waktunya 3 kali lipat lebih lama lo... minggu depan jatahnya si ibu itu untuk dipasang gigi palsunya... semoga aja ga ada masalah apa2... ini jacket crown nya yg udah jadi dari lab :))

Kalo inget semua proses kerjaan yg udah aku jalani selama ini, berasa banget Tuhan sudah pelihara dengan luar biasa. Dia bener-bener memberikan semuanya indah pada waktu-Nya, bukan waktu kita. Waktu pasien BW ku yg pertama itu mulai berulah sampe akhirnya batal, aku sempet mikir, kenapa sih Tuhan kok pasiennya harus begini, aku salah apa,kurang baik apa sama dia, kenapa kok aku ga bisa kaya temen-temen yang laen yg kerjaannya lancar-lancar aja... Tapi akhirnya aku sadar, Tuhan kasi aku pasien itu untuk mengajar aku lebih sabar dan berserah hanya pada-Nya, dan akhirnya Dia kasi pasien yang jauh lebih baik dan aku ga perlu tunggu lama untuk itu. Tuhan Yesus memang luar biasa!

Mashed potato 1st attempt

For you who know me will know that I love cooking ^^
my hobby currently is watching cooking videos on youtube :p its really addictive! from those video I get a lot of recipes for many different dishes. Sometimes when I have time and not lazy, I would try to make simple dishes that do not require a lot of ingredients and a lot of time too...
Last month, my sister who is currently studying at a culinary school told me that she made chocolate mousse and she told me that it was easy, simple and delicious, so I try to make it too and it come out great! but unfortunately I forgot to take the picture of it....
And today, because I have nothing to do allll day, I was trying to make a simple mashed potato. The recipe says that it only requires  potatoes, milk/cream, cheese, salt and pepper. And because I have all the ingredients on hand, so I tried to make it and it came out great! it taste good to me although the texture was a bit lumpy, I think it's because I didn't mash it enough because I only used wire whisk, but beside it I think it's quite good ^^

welcome March!

It's March!
Time really flies! It feels like it's only yesterday that we celebrate new year yet it's third month already...

This month I expecting a lot happens.. this month hopefully I will finish all my work for the requirement on the fixed denture subject that I work on for so many times now, and it means I will finish all my work for almost 2 years on the clinic and finally graduating. The schedule for evaluation on that subject is due to the last week of March, so I really pray everything goes smoothly...

Also my fellow dentistry friends that already finish some months before will have their vows as a dentists taken on this 21st March. I will surely miss them after this. Thinking that we already spent so much time together for the past 5 years... Just think of it makes me sad :(

And the part that makes my every March so exciting is because my birthday is coming!! yay!

I pray that this month everything will go smoothly. Because I know if I do all my best in doing what I have to do to achieve all I want than God will do the rest for me, 'cause He is Amazing :)

New design :)

Today I found this very interesting site for changing the blog's design. yay!! Love it ^^
I really love arts. Design, drawings etc etc since I was a little girl, one of my favorite hobby is drawing. I always love to color pictures. One of my favorite things in my childhood was my coloring books or sheets and coloring pencils. Than at high school I learnt to paint on canvas, and I love it! Until now,I still keep my paintings at home. I'll share them with you someday ^-^ Now that I live away from my hometown, I can't do that freely anymore. I don't have the time, or the space for it. Sometimes like today, I really miss those moments...
But now, since my new best friend is my lovely computer, I can also do my old hobby with it. I have some great simple and easy application for painting, or editing pictures or photos there. Some of my favorites are Smilebox and Fotofusion. You can simply google it and the best part is those are free :D enjoy!

And for designing this blog like today, I use this great site: the cutest blog on the block. you can click on the top left corner of this page to directly go to the site and just pick any design you like to apply on your own blog. The designs there are just simply lovely :)
so maybe in the next few days I will change my blog design again and again and again ^^

btw kemaren aku baru slesai nonton film korea bagus deh. Dream High judulnya... udah agak lama sih tu film tp baru sekarang nontonnya... menurutku sih pesan dari critanya bagus yaitu gimana kita harus mengejar mimpi. Bermimpi setinggi-tinggi nya dan terus berjuang supaya bisa meraih mimpi itu. Yg paling aku suka, lagunyaaaa! bagus2. ini link buat nonton lagunya... enjoy!
